I'm in Indonesia, therefor room temperature is about 28-30 degree celcius daily.

Or maybe Notebook is stronger than PC fot this kind of purpose ?

Your room temperature is high, but not over the limit. Try to keep fresh air circulating in the room. If it's a closet, install a grille in the wall or door to bring in cooler air. Stick with a desktop computer or tower configuration: They have better airflow than laptops or notebooks.

Start with a fresh installation of Windows. Install all of the patches from Microsoft, your application software (Meta Trader) and nothing else.
